Quality childcare at Junia and Kibeo
As a parent, it is quite difficult to make a choice for childcare. After all, how do you know that the organization you choose is of good quality? Take a tour of a branch, see how your childcare works together with education or check which requirements your childcare organization meets. This way you can get a good picture of what the organization of your choice stands for. At Kibeo we are very open about our quality and we are happy to tell you about it.
GGD inspection
The municipality is responsible for monitoring and enforcing the quality standards for childcare, and the Municipal Health Service (GGD) carries out these inspections. All Kibeo daycare centers are regularly inspected and monitored by the GGD. They pay attention to aspects such as parental participation, the quality of the childcare professionals, and accommodation. Having and implementing a health and safety policy is also important. All our locations are approved by the GGD.
Our pedagogical professionals
Your child is literally in safe, professional hands. All our pedagogical professionals have child-focused training. They specialize in working with young children and all hold a First Aid certificate.
Kibeo Academy
We have our own internal training program; The Kibeo Academy. Everyone who works for us follows a number of courses every year, which deepen and supplement their professional knowledge. In this way we guarantee that the group leaders always work with the latest insights into the upbringing and care of children. A number of these modules are mandatory under the Childcare Act, such as Company Emergency Services, First Aid for Children, and Safety and Health.
Internal Supervisor Childcare
An Internal Supervisor (IB'er) Childcare can be deployed at all Junia locations. The IB'er Childcare makes a major contribution to the care that Junia offers to the children.
The Childcare IB'er supervises and coordinates childcare and supports childcare professionals in their support. To achieve this, the Childcare IB'er spends several hours working with the group, fostering a closer bond with both the children and the childcare professionals.
The Childcare IB also liaises with other (care) organizations, such as the youth nurse or the Childcare Centre (CJG). In addition, the Childcare IB is responsible for translating the Junia and Kibeo pedagogical policies into daily practice within the group. This ensures that the pedagogical professionals' knowledge of the pedagogical policy remains up-to-date, which benefits the quality of childcare.
Role and commitment of the pedagogical policy officer
The Childcare Innovation and Quality Act (IKK) sets requirements for the quality of childcare. For example, the appointment of a pedagogical policy officer is mandatory. These officers contribute to the quality of childcare. They have two main responsibilities: developing and implementing pedagogical policy, and coaching pedagogical professionals in their work. Security indoor and outdoor areas
You will only find certified game and usage materials with us. Buildings, spaces and materials, including playground equipment, are regularly inspected by competent authorities.

If you're a little less satisfied
It may happen that you are less satisfied. Do you have a complaint? Discuss this first with your branch manager. If you cannot resolve it, please let us know your complaint via the complaint form. We handle your complaint according to the interne klachtreglement.
If you cannot solve the problem with Junia and/or Kibeo, you can contact the disputes committee. The general terms and conditions of the sector contain more information about the external complaints procedure.

Dispute free in 2022
No disputes have been reported to the Disputes Committee by Kibeo customers in 2021. Kibeo has therefore received a dispute-free certificate for all branches.
